New Management Company to Take Over Aug 1

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that they selected Eugene Burger Management Company (EBMC) as the new property management company for our community. This decision was made at an Executive Committee meeting after reviewing proposals and hearing presentations from several property management companies. EBMC will replace Real Manage effective August 1. Please continue to direct all correspondence and payments to Real Manage until that time.

EBMC is a local owned and operated business that has provided exceptional property management services since 1968. Their corporate headquarters is located in Rohnert Park and they have a Marin office in Novato — Bel Marin Keys. Full accounting services are provided from the Rohnert Park office.

EBMC prides themselves on being able to tailor their services to meet the needs of the associations for which they work.
